Delivery
- Australia Post standard — $12.95, 3–6 business days. Free on orders over $150.00.
- Express Post — $19.95, 1–2 business days to most metro addresses.
- Remote and regional — a $9.00 surcharge applies to some remote postcodes, and delivery takes a few days longer.
- Made to order — every piece is printed or embroidered within 2–4 business days before it ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
- Australia only at launch. Overseas? Email us and we'll quote it manually.
Returns & repairs
- Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? Email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll remake it or refund it, postage on us.
- Because every piece is made to order, we can't take change-of-mind returns — check the size guide on the product page before you order, or ask us and we'll help.
- Embroidery and print sit slightly differently piece to piece; if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
- Need a mend down the track? Send us a photo and we'll point you the right way.
